I've read many of her decisions, and it's clear that she's very baised against any defendant that comes before her. It is also clear that the government gets what the government wants at sentencing. She is unethical in that she participated in the plea agreements of the Postville workers, which is against the Canons of Ethics. A tyrant to be sure.
