I guess as a twenty year veteran of the U.S. Navy, I would like to see his Honor go into the engine room of an aircraft carrier and run a 1200 psi. steam plant. He can't, imagine that. So in light of his ruling in the case of stolen valor, I guess the first amendment protects my right to don a black robe, carry a gavel and sit in his chair and make rulings in his court right? No?! If that is the case, his Honor is acting more like a piece of garbage than an honorable Judge. MM1(SS/SW) Ret. (really)
