Wilkinson displayed a many instances of a prejudice to a pro se litigant. Wilkinson deied the Pro se litigant's motion to withdraw consent, which he based based on 5 insistances of prejudicial statements and errors during first preliminary conference.Wilkinson displayed a predisposition to his opinion of the case without seeing any evidence, and clearly gave the Defendan's pleadings weight even though the Pro se Plaintiff provided evidence that the defendant's arguments and facts were in error and and lack of merit. Wilkinson failed to properly consider or apply presidents presented, or explain his reason for his decision.
