He killed my client's case by taking forever to rule on motions and repeatedly ignoring his own scheduling -- and other -- orders, thus allowing my adversary (the defendant) to completely run the case into the ground with delays and false starts that cost my client a fortune. My client finally settled a case he should have won easily because, as is now clear in retrospect, this judge did not want to be bothered with judging it.
