THE ROBING ROOM

Representing a defendant in a multi-party complex litigation, Judge Lehrburger handled a motion to dismiss on reference by the assigned District Judge. He was well-prepared and thorough in his preparation and for oral argument and issued a thoughtful Report and Recommendation that over objections was adopted in full by the District Judge without delay.
