The textbooks also clearly indoctrinate in the Bible (e.g.: 'The LORD made the wheels fall off the chariots' of the Egyptians. And Moses seeing a burning bush and hearing a voice is a historical fact with a date - 1290 BC). Damrell ruled that the Hindu organization did not have the Constitutional Rights to fight the Establishment Clause. For this man, Hindus have did not explicitly state that they will defend their Constitutional rights and so they do not have associational standing. Really! This man actually made this ruling. BTW, Mike Newdow represented the Hindus. So you can see that the Hindus had a strong case. Damrell destroyed them and they did not have the resources to appeal. So the books teach of Paul having a vision in 33 AD (yes it has a date) and the historical reason for many languages being that God confused the tongues. How did this Nationalist become a judge? His father was a well connected union lawyer who was also a judge. Look up how Jimmy Carter and Gary Hart knew this inferior brained fool's father.
