Having worked with the police intimately for 11 years, Judge Wormuth shows a strong pro-cop law-and-order bias and should not be trying wrongful death and illegal use of force by cops. Unless given a video of a police officer outright murdering someone, it is simply impossible for him to ever rule against them.
