Often wrong but seldom in doubt. Judge Young thinks enormously highly of himself but is no judicial heavyweight. He is often rash and hasty, and seems to have a proclivity towards corporate interests. He also favors parties represented by his former clerks. He seems neither interest in knowing about, or adhering to, precedent. Will be a good day for the judiciary when he finally hangs up the robe.
