THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Michelson's greatest quality is her total preparedness at all motion hearings. She is a very 'hot bench,' and her questions address the key points in dispute at great depth. She gives counsel ample time to argue their case, and appears to be open to persuasive arguments at hearings. I think she generally reaches the correct result; but on occasion her reasoning in her opinions may not always be bullet proof.
