Judge A. Howard Matz is judicial tyranny personified. He takes perverse pleasure in exercising his power over people. Routinely breaks and rewrites the law to suit his agenda. Once he decides to rule in a certain way (which is usually before any evidence has been presented or the case has been heard), no evidence, facts or testimony will have any impact on his decisions. When Judge A. Howard Matz walks into the courtroom, justice runs out the back door. He is a horrible judge.
