I will second what the last poster said. Judge Forrest does seem to be a good person with a decent judicial temperament, but she overestimates her ability to figure a case out on her own. She seems to rule from the gut without really researching, or even reviewing, the law. Look forward to bizarre opinions answering questions neither party raised, applying law that has no bearing on the case.
