Judge Forrest may be a good judge for some kinds of cases, but in her relatively brief time on the bench she has demonstrated a hostility to plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases. Perhaps she will improve in this area over time, but it seems unlikely. If you draw her as a plaintiff's lawyer, you may want to give serious consideration to re-filing in state court without federal claims.
