THE ROBING ROOM

I have few cases in Federal Court and unfortunately I was assigned to Judge Feuerstein for my case. It turned into one of the worst experiences in my entire legal career which is over 35 years. She is unbelievably arrogant, petty, and clearly is biased. She had no knowledge about the law applicable to our case and made no attempt to educate herself. An absolute disgrace to the any bench, including a park bench. Thank goodness I am rarely in Federal Court. It is hard to believe that she has a lifetime appointment.
