Judge Holwell kept a letter from a defendant in his chambers, ruled that all defendants can break constitutional law if they work in a court, and simply ignored my rights as a plaintiff. He also was the chief litigator when Bankers Trust was indicted. he said there was no fraud, and the grand jury found that there was. He should not be on the bench.
