I recently had the displeasure of attending a naturalization ceremony presided over by judge Stacy. Although many aspects of her behavior could be more than adequately described as bizarre, none was more appallingly offensive as her mocking of the name of a US serviceman being naturalized just minutes after extolling the virtues od this country. I was under the impression it was no longer humorous to giggle over a 'foreign sounding' name, much less from a judges bench in front of two-thousand people. We defer to our judges for guidance both judicial and moral; she certainly taught a first rate lesson in 3rd grade cattiness.
