Chamber rules and inflexibility in scheduling reflect a surprising lack of consideration for counsels' time and professional needs. For example, will not delay trial dates whern summary judgment motion is pending. But is an excellent trial judge with a firm grasp of the law and evidence. Was also an excellent Magistrate Judge.
