I've been litigating for 42 years, and have never had a judge so utterly and overtly one-sided. To make matters worse, the judge threatens sanctions repeatedly without a basis in order to bully the client into an unfair settlement. The judge's goal can only be to reduce her docket, not to dispense objective justice.
