Have had a few cases with him. For reasons unexplained, he clearly held a grudge against me. Had no clue why. He was utterly rude and vindictive. I was truly amazed at his conduct. FWIW, I was successful in both of these cases, but cringe whenever I get him assigned as my magistrate.
