Judge Lindsay's appointment should go down in history as one of the worst things former President Clinton ever did! Judge Lindsay has no concept of Constitutional Law, and is one of the most incompetent and personally biased judges I have ever known. He freely and inappropriately legislates from the bench. He needs to be removed from the bench.
