This judge is very difficult to practice before. He's rude and dismissive to everyone in his courtroom. He should retire. His opinions are also very inconsistent, and the quality of the analysis depends a lot on the ability the law clerks writing them. No party should have to rely on him dispensing ' fair justice.'
