Magistrate Gandhi is the most condescending and arrogant jurist I have been before in 40 years of practice. His primary purpose seems to assure that everyone with whom he deals understands the full extent of power he wields. Thankfully, his term is limited and, with any justice, he will be forced to return to the bar.
