A lawyer's judge. You must however know your stuff. He prefers civil plaintiffs and young prosecutors but likes to see trial hounds in his courtroom. If you are not afraid to rack 'em then he is your kind of judge. He works his tail off even at his age. He is up early and will work late. He has not forgotten where he comes from (Brooklyn) nor how lucky he feels he is. He is not an egotist. On civil cases he likes to help but be prepared. He was an excellent trial lawyer in his day and expects the same from you. He does show patience with newbies however. Getting more conservative with age. Wicked sense of Humor. Can be very dry. Expects and deserves respect.
