Seems like he was punishing MS AG for their effort because of a previous case. He should have never ruled for google in the WAY he did. From the 5th: The district court enjoined Hood not only from enforcing the administrative subpoena, but also from “bringing a civil or criminal charge against Google under Mississippi law for making accessible third-party content to Internet users. Sad day for an otherwise wise Judge.
