THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Conner is the epitome of what a judge should be: smart, patient, tough, hard-working, confident. Given his intellect and scholarship, he easily could have been elevated to the Second Circuit. Despite his age, he remains sharp as a tack and has an incredibly quick wit. My experience in trying a case before him was one of the highlights of my career, even though the verdict for my client was just mediocre. I hope he stays on the bench until he's 100 years old.
