Judge Feuerstein is a tyrant. The 'absolute power' of her appointment has clearly clouded her judgment and her sense of justice. She is more concerned with berating attorneys and keeping her docket thin than your client's interests. BEWARE. I echo the sentiments of the attorney who recommended a rule 41 dismissal.
