He looked to sanction one of the attorneys when no one even complained about what he incorrectly perceived as misconduct. He was also completely biased even at the initial conference and said he didn't think much of the case. He complimented himself about his experience as an attorney and made several inappropriate comments. Good thing the case was reassigned and settled in spite of what he thought of the case.
