His head judgeship, along with the elevation of a former pencil pusher to Clerk of Court, has been the perfect storm of disastrous leadership. The worst possible combination of micro-management where inappropriate and hands-off where needed. Completely tone-deaf and insensitive to needs and feelings of courthouse employees. Arrogant, condescending, prickly, non-communicative. I hope he steps down soon and then rides off into the sunset.
