It is disappointing that one of the most brilliant Magistrates in the E D N Y sometimes fails to read the papers, usually interrupts counsel unnecessarily and always seems to have a predilection against or in favor of a party and their counsel. I think he means well but something is going on in his career or his life that must be affecting his performance.
