THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Harold Baer runs a lawless court room. He makes it known in the cases that I have had with him he has no respect for the law; he makes up the rules as he goes along. One infamous example of his outrageous conduct: he held his daughter's wedding in the SDNY Federal Courthouse one weekend, at taxpayer expense, without permission, without telling the US Marshal's service or the Chief Judge.
