Often wrong; never in doubt. Like many poor judges, Colleen seems to feel the need to appear smarter than those who appear before her. This causes her to argue, not merely interact, with the lawyers. As noted by a prior commentor, she is quick to point out that she came up with something the parties' attorneys didn't. In my case, at least, there was good reason none of the parties made her point.
