Thoughtful, even-handed, well-researched decisions. Very straight-forward judge...let's you know where you stand. Keeps discovery on a tight schedule but fair in scope. Prompt in resonding to inquiries. Dislikes posturing and cuts to the heart of a dispute. No apparent bias.
