Judge Adler was the mediator at a complex, multi-plaintiff case against the U.S. Government that involved multiple deaths and injuries. He was incredible at keeping everyone's eyes on the ball and it settled late into the night. Truly remarkable work on his part. I am a structured settlement consultant and have never seen such a fair, balanced, even-keeled mediator.
