I have worked in several federal districts around the nation, and Judge Baer is by far the worse judge I have seen. He is rude, disrespectful of attorneys and witnesses and intellectually dishonest. In a recent trial, he made an antisemitic comment and a fat joke while a heavy defendant was on the stand. He is openly biased and not shy about showing it in front of the jury. In sum, he is incompetent and lacks any judicial temperament or ethics. A disgrace to his robe and to the people of New York.
