THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Peck is the epitome of a God-Complex federal court judge. He is rude, condescending, curt and only cares about getting cases off his docket rather than doing what is just. He is disgustingly rude to the attorneys who appear before him and equally as rude to the clients who appear with their counsel. He has no problem condescending an attorney in front of his or her client. The sadest part is he has this diety complex even though he is a magistrate who CAN be removed from the bench if his inappropriate behavior is brought to the right person's attention. He is on the bench to be just and not to bully people into settling cases with the threat of frivolous sanctions if they do not. That is contrary to his oath as a judge and contrary to his obligations to the public. He really should be ashamed of himself as he truly is the reason why people hate judges. While he does appear to be up on the law, his lack of decorum, professionalism and his utter egotism in his courtroom distract any observer from any actual knowlege of the law he may possess. He really needs to be remediated to small claims court where the damage he can cause is minimal.
