He grants no extensions, brooks no delays and sometimes speaks harshly - but to everyone, equally. The dispatch with which he handles his cases has influenced the state court judges in Madison for the better. From a plaintiff's point of view, everything that can be done before filing suit must be done, since there will be no more than nine months between filing and trial.
