Jude Waddoups'decision in the Ross fraud case of not awarding jail time is a miscarriage of justice. To steal $4.3 million and get probation, 3,000 hours of community service, a $10,000 fine and $350,000 restitution is a joke. I strongly recommend that you resign from office. You have demonstrated that you do not process the atributes required of a judge. I am an auditor familar with the case. The fradulent activities of the Ross' demonstrate that they deliberaly set up fake companies to hide the money which they cannot account for. I believe that the money is hidden in some off shore location which they may now use in a life of luxury. Shame on you Judge Waddoups.
