He is rude to the lawyers who appear in front of him. He acts as though he should not be bothered with such issues as discovery disputes, when that is the reason he is there. I am extremely unimpressed with him and find his superiority complex terribly unprofessional. Perhaps I caught him on some bad days, but that is all I have to go on.
