This courtroom can really be a circus. Judge Carter works hard, there's no disputing that. But wow, when he goes off the rails, look out! Too often, Judge Carter tried to force his own brand of justice and 'equity' and gets sidetracked by issues that have little to do with the case. Once he snaps, look out! He can be a tremendous bully and can be as agitated and irrational. Frequently, counsel find themselves wishing that he would put his planet-sized ego aside and simply apply the facts to the law.
