Voting a president out after 4 yrs is what citizens do if they do not like him. No one can be a judge if he does not know the basic rules of citizenship. If I did not like Obama, I did not need to leave the country! As far as I can tell, the judge needs to apologize and retract his comments and readdress the nation about what a good citizen does if he does not like a president such as : write letters to the white house, support the other party, vote for a different president in four years, etc. The whole nation and world had access to your comments and you need to say you were incorrect.
