THE ROBING ROOM

He's been off the bench for some time now but he was a great judge. Fair to all litigants and gave everyone a say. Sometimes took a long time on motions but I believe he was fairly considering the issues. Not the most legally gifted judge that has ever sat on the bench, but more than competent for the position. He was very easy on litigators, so much so that it might be said he gave them too much leeway. But in my view that is better than always getting screamed at by a short-tempered judge.
