This Magistrate reopens his former erroneous Orders and makes changes regardless of the fact he has already written replacement Orders for them and has responses for review at a higher level. He adds verbiage to the reopened Order, but does not send it the parties for review of his newly created comments. If he has your case always bring witnesses to hearings, print out your docket, each Motion, Order and verify every transcript (word for word) as he will not miss a chance to throw the case in the direction that will suit his personal interests best.
