One of the worst judges in the Central District. VERY slow to issue rulings, and generally ignores unethical conduct by opposing counsel. Having a case assigned to Judge Wilson is basically like having no judge on the case at all. Sad. And I concur 100% with the other comments about Judge Wilson's 'rocket docket' -- even in complex cases he will set a trial 60-90 days after the answer is filed, leaving basically ZERO time for preparation. If you appear before Judge Wilson looking for due process, look elsewhere...
