'Justifies' is reasoning with justifications, not case law or rules. Ignores rules. Ineffective at administering Justice. Almost comical that he is a life-appointed Federal Judge if not for placing people's lives and businesses on hold until he is moved to act by the greater of two evils. Lacks common sense. Lacks Court-Balls. Condescending. Cowardice. Time to rebuild the system from the top down. Here we go!
