In 1954 he was the Assistant U.S. Attorney that prosecuted me in federal court. He did get a conviction (it was overturned in appeal) and tried his best not to allow me to remain free on bail. I would have spent two years in prison while my appeal was processed. I thank that judge for not listening to him.
