Extensive mediation that went on needlessly for several hours due to Fox's refusal to do or say anything other than convey portions of what the other side may have said without opinion, comment or any independent thoughts or input. Evidenced no energy or interest in a case that was by no means ordinary or boring. Very passive and utterly civil. Bland. Fair but very passive. All initiatives came from attorneys or clients, Fox was merely a sounding board who seemingly had no place to go and was willing to sit and listen and listen and listen.
