Great Judge. Is always fair to all parties. Is also fair regardless of how much he dislikes the lawyers involved, or the nature of their cases. Follows the law and case precedent. Can be swayed by good briefing and argument. Excellent temperment and demeanor. Every opinion he writes is thoroughly researched by he and his law clerk, Carrie. Decent during settlement, but could be better. Should be a District Judge now (he is certainly more qualified than Mary Donohue, but then again, so is a first year law student,) but he does not have the juice. Loves Georgia Tech Football.
