THE ROBING ROOM

I tried a business case before Judge Stotler a few years ago and she made it clear she didn't want to be doing it. She threw out the bulk of my case during trial based on a pleading technicality (!). We got her reversed by the Ninth Circuit, which sent us back for another trial before Judge Stotler. Needless to say, you can imagine the reception we got. On the other hand, she appeared to be hardworking and focused, and one could do a lot worse in the CD Cal.
