Judge Conti maintained a level of enthusiasm that encouraged us [civil] jurors to stay interested and focused during the highly technical testimony of the trial; he also provided excellent guidance through the process and instructions -- behind closed doors, the jury rendered a unanimous decision of 16 thumbs up for Judge Conti.
