Judge Terrence C. Kern's decision to declare Oklahoma's ban on gay marriage unconstitutional shows him to be a person who believes in the rights of all Oklahomans and a man of integrity, a man who is strong enough not to cower in the face of overwhelming opposition from religious extremists, a man that I applaud and appreciate.
