THE ROBING ROOM

One of the worst magistrates in the district, which is a pretty low threshold to begin with. He wastes time cracking unfunny jokes on the bench (which the more weak-kneed members of the bar laugh at), he often goes out of his way to make counsel uncomfortable, and he unjustifiably thinks he is the smartest and cleverest person in the room. The best moment in his courtroom is when he leaves the bench in recess so that those in attendance can mercifully escape the unpleasantness of being in his presence.
